APPLICATION

Transparent gauge is suitable for almost all installations.
In fact they permit:

• the use of mica shields or Polytrifluorochloroethylene shields to protect the glass from the corrosive action of the process fluid
• the observation of interface
• The observation of the liquid colour.
• Most often, the floats and board level indicators find its application in over ground and over head storage tanks
• They are also used in storage tanks of petroleum products, like furnace oil, diesel, and lube oil and so on
• Also, it is used in storage of vegetable oils, molasses, silicates, glucose and so on
• In short, the float and board level indicators are most widely used in all nonhazardous and no pressurized tanks

• In reflex level gauges, the glass has precision groves cut inner side and mainly used for colour less liquids.
• In transparent level gauge, the glasses are without groves and arranged at the front and rear of a slotted liquid chamber and mainly used for colored liquids.

• The indicator of course, has a slack float with large diameter for higher accuracy
